Service relationship

Got Your Team? provides software used by facilities, clubs, coaches, and players to manage reservations, events, memberships, payments, and communication workflows.

Use of the service is also subject to customer-specific agreements, pricing terms, and operational settings chosen by each organization.

Accounts and access

  • +Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information
  • +Organizations are responsible for role assignment and account governance within their deployment
  • +Users must protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access

Acceptable use

  • +Do not misuse the service, interfere with normal operations, or attempt unauthorized access
  • +Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • +Do not use the service in a way that violates the rights of other users or applicable law

Payments and third-party services

Some workflows rely on third-party payment and communication providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy commitments.

Fees, refunds, billing timing, and operational rules may vary by organization and workflow.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, these terms, or supporting policies from time to time as the product evolves.

Material updates will be reflected through the service or on the relevant public policy pages.
