Request types we support

How to submit a request

Email the request channel below and include your name, organization, relationship to the account, and the request type.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or a minor, include the basis for your authority so we can route the request correctly.

Verification and response handling

We may ask for additional information to verify identity and protect account security before we process a request.

Some records may be retained to complete transactions, meet legal obligations, preserve audit history, or protect the safety and integrity of the platform.

Customer-managed data

Many records in the platform are controlled by the organization operating the service for its members, participants, or staff. We may coordinate some requests directly with that organization when appropriate.
